The Whale® Compac 50 is a hand-operated flush and bilge pump, specifically designed for recirculating portable toilets and bilge water transfer. Its compact, low-profile design allows for easy installation in confined spaces, making it ideal for portable sanitation units and thru-deck or thru-bulkhead mounting. The pump features a nitrile diaphragm, ensuring durability and chemical resistance when used with common toilet additives.

With a maximum flow rate of 40 liters per minute (LPM) and approximately 32 LPM at 45 strokes per minute, the pump offers efficient manual operation. The pump head can be rotated 360° for flexible installation, while a quick-release clamp ring allows for fast access to clear blockages. It is constructed with corrosion-resistant materials throughout, ensuring longevity in harsh environments.

The Whale® Compac 50 includes a stainless steel handle, a mounting deck plate (AS0356) for thru-deck installation, fixing screws, and a rubber gaiter to seal around the handle. It features 1-inch (25mm) inlet and outlet ports—one straight and one at a 90° angle—for flexible hose connections. With a maximum suction lift of 3 meters and a maximum discharge head of 4 meters, it provides reliable performance in demanding conditions.

The Whale SB4222 non-metallic strum box is designed to prevent debris from entering the bilge pump hose, while the integral non-return valve stops any backward flow of water from returning into the bilge. The strainer plate is removable for easy cleaning.

A side entry hose spigot is featured on the strum box, which is suitable for 25mm and 38mm inside diameter hoses.

The length is 170mm (6-6/8"), the width is 120mm (4-6/8"), and the depth is 58mm (2-1/2"). The material used is plastic, and the hose tail size is 25mm / 1" or 38mm / 1-1/2". The primary construction is plastic, and the strainer design is a strum box.

The Whale® Gusher Flusher foot-operated toilet flush pump has been designed with 1" inlet and outlet ports and a Nitrile diaphragm to enhance performance when used in chemical portable toilets. It has been specifically developed for the portable toilet industry and is identified as Part CS0369B.

This low-profile, below-floor pump is supplied with a rubber dust cover, six mounting bolts, and washers. The complete pump chamber can be rotated 360°, allowing full flexibility in selecting the flow direction. The inlet and outlet port directions can also be adjusted as needed. A full set of instructions and a mounting template are included in the set.
